The new locators are grouped into two families: RD8000™ and RD7000™. Radiodetection has engineered both product families with Centros™, a measurement engine based on more than 30 years of development. Centros delivers a powerful digital platform that can process digital signal data instantly and provide the operator with information that is reliable and accurate.
RD7000
The new RD7000 range of locators are powerful successors to the industry standard RD4000SL, TL, PL and DL family. RD7000 delivers exceptional performance in areas of interference.
RD8000
The RD8000PDL and PXL are powerful successors to the industry standard RD4000PDL and PXL pipe and cable locators. The RD8000 improves on speed, accuracy and reliability.
RD1000 Ground Penetrating Radar
The RD1000 is an exciting and powerful addition to the utility surveyors toolkit. Using radar technology, the RD1000 displays an image map of underground features. With the RD1000, the technician can see a pipe or cable in its topographical context making it ideal for locating and excavating utilities.
RD500
The RD500 is a locator for underground plastic water pipes. A transonde is used to vibrate the water as it passes through it and across an internal spring system sending a minute sound wave back along the water pipe
RD312
The RD312 locates lost or hidden metal covers in the street. The RD312 is light and simple to use. Gain can be manual or auto. The position is indicated by a varying pitch tone, the highest pitch indicating the maximum response over the target.
